Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy delivered while walking outside. Some clients enjoy the experience of movement while talking or feel more comfortable talking side-by-side. This document outlines the terms of participation and addresses potential risks associated with this form of therapy.

Couples Counseling Fees and Payment agreement

Except for Optum/United Healthcare and Kaiser insurances, we are unable to bill insurance for couples counseling. This form outlines our fees and our payment agreement.
